Members’ Code of Conduct
Our code of conduct provides guidance on expected behaviour and sets out the standards of conduct that support our values in the work that we do as members of the British Association of Dermatologists (BAD).
We are a Charity and follow the Charity Governance Code. Our code applies to all members of the BAD either within the last three years or pending.
Every BAD member is bound by this code of conduct when they apply and renew their membership.The code is reviewed annually, and members will be notified of any changes to this code at the time of their annual membership renewal.
It is our responsibility as BAD members to role model and promote positive behaviours and to challenge poor behaviours. No set of guidance can cover all eventualities but key principles are outlined below.
